Tom Tanners® Warranty Policy
At Tom Tanners®, we pride ourselves on delivering quality craftsmanship and durable products. To give our customers complete confidence, we offer the following warranties on our products, subject to the terms and conditions below.
1. Product-Specific Warranties
Belts – 1 Year Warranty
- Covers: Breakages (excluding the buckle).
- Not Covered: Colour changes, shade variations, or marks are natural characteristics of genuine leather and not considered defects.
Wallets – 1 Year Warranty
- Covers: Leather peel-offs caused by manufacturing defects.
- Not Covered: Wear and tear, stains, scratches, stretching, or misuse.
Laptop Bags – 1 Year Warranty
- Covers: Leather peel-offs caused by manufacturing defects.
- Not Covered: Damage from overloading, exposure to extreme conditions, or improper handling.
Non-Leather Backpacks (Pearl Bags) – 1 Year Warranty
- Covers: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Not Covered: Heavy-use damage, cuts, tears, chemical exposure, or misuse.
Footwear – 90 Days Warranty
- Covers: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Not Covered: Water damage, misuse, improper care, or wear and tear from normal use.
2. Replacement & Warranty Duration Rules
- One-Time Replacement Rule: If a product is found defective and replaced under warranty at any point during the coverage period, the replacement will be issued only once.
- 15-Day Full Warranty Reset: If a product is replaced within 15 days of purchase, the replacement item will carry the full original warranty period.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or exposure to extreme conditions.
- Repairs or alterations done by unauthorized service providers.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand sources.
4. Warranty Claim Process

Provide:
- Proof of purchase (invoice, store receipt, or online order confirmation).
- Clear photographs of the product and defect. -
Our team will inspect the claim and, if approved, arrange for:
- Repair, or
- Replacement (as per the one-time replacement policy and stock availability).
5. General Terms
- Warranty is valid only for products purchased from official Tom Tanners® stores or authorized retailers.
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Any product replaced under warranty will carry coverage only for the remaining period of the original warranty unless replaced within 15 days.
